Resident Portal

Click the link below to access the Leaseholder Portal and Online Platform we use to manage your home, in your Block.

 

As a Leaseholder, you will be able to log in to review your service charge account, as well as receive email alerts regarding the building.

Arthur Portal

As a tenant, you can click the link below to access the Arthur Portal, here you can find information about your rent to help you stay up to date with your payments.

You can also used this portal to see any general updates about your block. 

Tenant Document Centre

Click the link below to access the Tenant Document Centre. Here you can find a document about what to do if you've just moved in, your blocks safety procedures, what to do if your property is unoccupied, as well as a guide to damp and condensation.

Emergency Contact

An emergency constitutes a risk to life or damage to the fabric of the premises or fixtures and fittings contained in the premises that requires immediate intervention to prevent further damage.

 

If there is a fire or crime within the premises, please call 999 as soon as it is safe to do so. Then call us on 0113 391 2818 and select Option 0, to notify a member of the on-call team.

 

Please be aware that calls to the emergency line during out of office hours and holiday periods could be chargeable for non-emergencies or incidents that would be out of the scope of Khalbros Management.
