LEEDS

The Former Jubilee Hotel was acquired by Khalbros Group in 2019 and sold with successfully granted planning permission for an apart-hotel, honouring the original usage, with complementary commercial space on the basement and ground floor.

This Edwardian baroque masterpiece is situated in the most prominent position in Leeds directly opposite the Town Hall and Leeds Art Gallery. This Grade II listed building is Leeds’ last remaining gin palace, the place to be for Leeds’ middle classes during the early 20th Century. The building features a unique and striking terracotta façade with copper roof dome, pseudo-balconies and roof terraces displaying Leeds’ architectural history in a truly vibrant way.
