BRIGHOUSE

A Grade II listed heritage building with Civic Trust recognition. The building was finished in 1895 for the London and Yorkshire Bank Ltd. by C. S. Nelson. It features dressed stone and a slate roof. The original listing includes “2 storeys and attic with 6 bay façade” according to Historic England, however, during the 2019 conversion to four apartments Khalbros has utilised the attic space to create a 2 bedroom penthouse. Much of the original use is honoured with Natwest occupying the ground floor and basement.

The building is located in the very heart of Brighouse, on one of the main shopping streets, with abundant commuter access from the M62 motorway.
